Kilano appeared in the episode Land of The Lost and was Vox's alter-ego he used to trick Freezbone into helping him escape into the real world. Kilano's personality couldn't be further from Vox's though. He's very eccentric! He speaks with a high voice and has a lot of energy. Obviously, by appearing so far from Vox in personality, it would be less likely Freez would discover his true plan.
He was voiced by Adam Longworth.
