Flap is an old friend of Freezbone and was manipulated by Mya to steal Freefonix's 13th note powers. He appears in the episode "Roborapper". He comes to Los Bosmos as the biggest Rap Star in the city.
He's quite full of himself and at first thinks the whole guardian thing is silly and he has no interest in it. He wants to be bigger than he is, which is why he is swayed by Mya and her robo-suit so easily. He also thinks Freez is jealous and is out to show him up so they have a rap-off.
