The Chameleon (or Nigel, as he was known back in the day) is a 13th note musical genius who appears in the episode "Summer Breeze". He wears goggles that make his eyes resemble those of a chameleon.
He has the ability to take on the appearance of anyone and play any instrument or style he wants, to the point of perfection (according to him). The more he copied other peoples' style and sound, the less of an individual he became, till one day all that was left of his 13th note power was the ability to alter his appearance. He became nothing more than a lame copy of the people whose music he stole. He came back to Los Bosmos looking to get revenge on the Freewave for kicking him out of the movement.
He impersonated BB for most of the time till his cover was blown after playing the Quag Harp.

- It's clear that due to Freefonix's themes regarding the music industry, The Chameleon is either supposed to be a sound-alike or an artist who commits plagiarism to the point where they're kicked out of their communities for their lack of originality.
