Carlos is a Sonic Lord who appears in the episode "Play Misty for Me".
He once worked with Sugar Che. He is also the creator of Freezbone's guitar Misty and Kurtz' guitar, Axe. He owns a workshop and always appears to whistle a specific tune. He speaks with a Spanish accent. While in Carlos's workshop Freefonix notice a tree which Freezbone notes that it was the same tree that supplied the wood for Misty. Carlos also has a special pick. Because it's made of the same wood as his guitars, he can play them from any distance without them having to be in his possession.
